Last Saturday was fun! I was invited by a college friend, dizzydaze to go out and watch a friend sing at Chokoy's Playground, it's a newly opened restobar somewhere in Quezon City. She brought along her new boyfriend, bedaboy to introduce us, her girlfriends. His boyfriend brought along some of his friends too. We had a few drinks and watched  macaroon perform, she's a vocalist of an acoustic band. Some of us, (who probably had more drinks) got on stage and sang with her. Unfortunately, the bar closes early, just before midnight. After macaroon's last song, we invited her to join us and we went to Libis. There was an event happening there that night, a launching of some new TV show. Too bad the event was about to end when we got there, Parokya (my favorite band) just finished their last song. boooohoooo....

We just decided to hang-out at Jack's Loft till 3:00AM. That particular night, the bar doesn't have hard drinks, we asked the wacky waitress if we could sneak in alcoholic drinks from outside. They have a corkage of P400 and that's quite expensive. The waitress seems to be very friendly and the guys were able to convince her in allowing them to sneak in a bottle of vodka. She was the best! She even had a shot of our vodka and she's stilll on duty! Afterwards, we asked her for some comments sheet and we put in some good words for her. Hope next time we visit, she'll be the manager there, hehe.
