It's an.....accounting firm.....what else? BORING! Have this cubicle big enough for four people and I don't have any work to do since the girl I'm replacing is staying till Friday. Probably that's why I decided to have a blog...hehe.
First day at work is really awkward. You don't have friends to talk to and time is not cooperating either. It passes so slow. An hour is like a day. I swerve my chair until I get dizzy, hoping time will fly faster.
I was introduced to everyone, but remembered no one. I have to smile until my jaw ache just so I could create a good impression. My toe ached a lot. I'm not used to wearing high heels and corporate attire. On my first job, no one cares what you wear. You may dress up or dress down and no one will care. When I was there, I always wear slippers or sandals. I love to wear funky clothes and girly clothes, whatever suits my mood. Not only that, I always see to it that my bag and accesories compliment my outfit.I was used to that eversince I was in college. This dress code is really something new to me and I really should work on it. Big adjustment with regard to that. Workload is definitely lesser, this is what's killing me.
