"Love makes the world go round? Not at all. Whiskey makes it go round twice as fast."

The new EA of Ms.M, the Chairperson started last Friday. I really hadn't had a chance to talk to her last week because I'm still not over the thought of B1 leaving. Plus, she looks like the "conio" type so I had apprehensions talking to her. She studied abroad during her elementary days and graduated from Assumption. You can just imagine how slang and how well-off she is. This week, she joined us for lunch and we got to talk. Apparently, she overheard my music and found out we both had the same taste in music, that's rock alternative. We are both fans of alternative bands during the 90's like the Smashing Pumpkins, Foo Fighters, Verve Pipe, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Greenday, etc. That's enough to break the ice. We started talking about concerts, our educational backgrounds and even found out her friend was an orgmate of mine in UP. Tomorrow, she promised to bring her iPod and share her MP3s. It's nice having to talk to someone with the same interest as I am when it comes to music and yeah, even T.V. shows. She also watches, "That 70's Show" and for that, she's my friend now...hehe. As I said before, my lunch buddies here, aside from Rain is not that fond of watching foreign T.V. shows and listening to what they consider is "loud music". It's nice to know there's someone whom I can talk to about music and T.V. shows without falling asleep. She is a blessing in disguise afterall.
